The Spark: Early Influences

My story began not in a bustling tech hub, but in the quiet suburbs of Munich, where a curiosity for business was ignited in my mother's pharmacy.

While my father's steady career provided a warm, stable home, I found myself drawn to a different kind of energy – the vibrant, customer-centric world of the pharmacy. It was there, observing the entrepreneurial spirit of the owner, that a spark ignited within me: a curiosity about how businesses truly thrive and connect with people. This early fascination led me to blend business administration with IT management in my studies, a combination that would define my path.

The Foundation: A Corporate Grounding

My first professional home was at IBM, a global giant where I honed my skills in enterprise technology and go-to-market strategies across Europe.

At IBM, I learned the intricacies of large-scale operations, the power of data, and the art of navigating diverse cultures, from Paris to the sales floors of France. These years were my foundational training ground, equipping me with a robust understanding of product management, marketing, and distribution channels. It was an invaluable experience in understanding how global enterprises function and scale.

The Leap: An Entrepreneurial Venture

The entrepreneurial spark, once lit, yearned for more. In 2007, I left the corporate world to build YOOSE, a pioneer in location-based marketing.

This journey took me from Berlin to Singapore, diving deep into programmatic advertising and building a location-based ad server from the ground up. It was a period of intense innovation, rapid learning, and the exhilarating challenge of bringing a vision to life. The journey of YOOSE also led me to an unexpected, yet pivotal, discovery: a talented team in Vietnam, which deepened my understanding of global markets and distributed teams.

The Pivot: Mastering HubSpot & AI

Born from our own needs at YOOSE, a new mission emerged: helping businesses master HubSpot and harness the power of emerging technologies.

I quickly recognized HubSpot's immense potential and made the strategic decision to dedicate my full energy to it. This led to the founding of vBase Digital. My path has been one of constant learning and evolution, all leading to my current passion: helping businesses navigate the complexities of the digital landscape and achieve their growth ambitions with HubSpot and cutting-edge AI.
